Q: Can I change the address or cancel my order after placing it?

A: You can contact us to modify or cancel your order before it is shipped (usually within 1 business day after payment). Shipped orders will be processed according to the return and exchange procedure.

Q: Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchases?

A: Yes. Please inform us of the products and quantities you need by phone or email, and we will provide a separate quote.

Q: Is the tent waterproof? What is the temperature rating of the sleeping bag?

A: All tents are made of waterproof fabric, and the seams are taped. The temperature rating of each sleeping bag is clearly marked on the product page; please select according to your actual usage environment.

Q: Is there a warranty for the product?

A: We provide a 30-day quality warranty (excluding damage caused by human error). Problems caused by improper use are not covered under warranty.

Payment and Billing

Q: Is there automatic deduction or subscription?

A: No. All transactions are one-time sales; there are no automatic renewals, subscriptions, or recurring deductions.

Q: Which payment methods are supported?

A: Major credit cards and platform payment tools. Please refer to the order page for details.

Logistics & After-Sales Service

Q: How long will it take to arrive after shipment?

A: Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after shipment (depending on the region). You can check the tracking number in your order.

Q: What should I do if the received product has quality problems?

A: Please contact us within 30 days of signing for the package and provide photos. After confirmation, we will arrange a return/exchange or partial refund.
