This policy applies to outdoor gear such as tents and sleeping bags purchased through Draxor Belqix INC.
Returns are accepted even if the packaging has been opened.
We understand you need to inspect the product. Even if the packaging has been opened, the tent has been unfolded, or the sleeping bag has been removed, you can still apply for a return as long as the product has not been actually used outdoors, has not been washed, and has not been damaged by human intervention.
(Minor creases or opening for inspection do not affect eligibility for return.)
Return Deadline: Returns can be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Return requests will not be accepted after 30 days.
Return Conditions: The product and all original accessories, labels, and instructions must be returned together.
Tents should be returned in their original folded manner; sleeping bags should be returned to their original packaging.
Items opened for inspection are not considered “used.”
Items not eligible for return: Products that have been pitched, camped, or spent overnight outdoors, or that show obvious wear and tear.
Items with signs of human intervention such as tearing, smoke, oil stains, pet hair, or washing marks.
Missing key accessories (tent pegs, tent poles, storage bags, etc.).
Return Process: Contact us via email or phone, providing your order number and product photos.
Obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the product securely and ship it to the return address below.
Provide the return tracking number for tracking purposes.

Return Shipping Costs: For product quality issues: We will cover the return shipping costs (invoice required).
For personal reasons such as dislike after opening, incorrect sizing, etc.: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Method and Time: We will initiate a refund within 5 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment account; the arrival time depends on the issuing bank or payment platform.
