One-Time Sale Statement: All transactions are one-time sales. We do not offer any subscriptions, auto-renewals, membership programs, or recurring billing services. The amount you pay at checkout is the total cost of the order, and there will be no future recurring billing.
Billing Terms: The order amount is collected in full at checkout.
All fees are settled in US Dollars (USD).
We accept major credit cards and platform payment methods.
Invoices or receipts will be sent via email after order confirmation.
Prices and Taxes: Product prices are as shown on the page at the time of order placement.

Returns and Exchanges: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product if it is defective or damaged during shipping. For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (such as dislike, incorrect size, etc.), the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
Used, modified, or washed sleeping bags and tents are not eligible for return.
